Welcome CURRENTS: The Ballroom at Adventure Aquarium
Eight Marketing is pleased to announce that it is
working with Adventure Aquarium on the grand
opening of
CURRENTS: The Ballroom at Adventure
Aquarium.
CURRENTS will open with a VIP gala on Thursday,
October 25th, with a press preview on Tuesday,
October 23rd.
Designed by architect Robert M. DeHaven of West
Chester, PA, with capacity for a 550 person sit-down
dinner or a reception for 1,250, CURRENTS will
feature a flexible event space including a 2,000
square-foot pre-function area with spectacular river
views of the Philadelphia skyline. The main ballroom
space can be divided into three separate, smaller
rooms to simultaneously accommodate several
functions.
Daytime corporate meetings,
weddings, private evening functions and more will
take place in front of three movie screen-sized
windows that provide jaw-dropping, up-close views of
dozens of enormous sharks living in the Aquarium's
550,000-gallon Shark Realm. CURRENTS offers
state-of-the-art audio and video capabilities and flat-
screen monitors to personalize any event.
ARAMARK has
created new gourmet food options as the exclusive
caterer of CURRENTS.

Eight Marketing Leads RFP for Historic Germantown Preserved
